Operated by Ibis Air for Executive Outcomes. Ex C6-BEE (Air Bahamas) F-ODTX (Air St Pierre) 5Y-SAL (Ibis Air leased to Simba Air Cargo) and HR-AQV (Ibis Air). Registered as ZS-XGY in October 1997 for Intensive Air. To AirQuarius Contracts when Intensive Air ceased operations in January 2003, stored for use as parts at FAOR/JNB and scrapped by 2007.

Ex 45-0962, NZ3553, ZK-ERI, D6-CAE and SAAF 6871(2). Registered as ZS-LJI in August 1982 and converted to DC-3-65TP by Wonderair. Operated by Virunga Air and later Professional Aviation Services, it was impounded at Beira, Mozambique in July 1998, allegedly for cigarette smuggling. Stored in a hangar there until 2013 when it was parked outside. Still present in a derelict condition in April 2023.

Registered in South Africa in 1995, later converted to turbine.

Delivered to the USAAF as 42-72539, withdrawn to MASDC at Davis Monthan in 1970 and bought in 1977 by Aero Union as N65397. Sold to Soundair in Canada 1979 as C-GCXG and returned to the US in 1990 before being sold in Kenya in 1995. Registered 9Q-CLM with Transcontinental in October 1996 and joined Air Transport office in December 1996. Sold to Cargo Express Congo shortly after this photo was taken and registered as EL-WLS. Suspected of operating supply flights to UNITA rebels and impounded by the Angolan Air Force in 1998, it ended its days on the dump at Luanda and was scrapped by June 2012.

Built in 1995 as CCCP-27127 and operated in South Africa from March 1994, initially with Court Helicopters. To RA-27127 by November 1994 and operated by Eagle Helicopters. To Heyns Helicopters in 1996 and registered in South Africa as ZS-RIP in June 1997. Crashed in February 1999 killing 4 occupants while installing an air conditioning unit onto a office block in Capetown

Built at Ulan-Ude in 1985. Operated in Southern Africa from 1996 by Heyns Helicopters on behalf of the United Nations, including a period as 'UN278'. Cancelled to the Central African Republic in May 2000. Note Mi-8 RA-27129 parked behind.

First flown as CF-PZZ-X in 1964. Operated by Flying Tiger Line as N1001T, Trans Meridian/British Cargo Airlines as G-AZKJ, Redcoat as G-BRED, Blue Bell Inc and Tradewinds as N106BB, Trans Lloyd Cargo as EL-AMC and 7Q-YMS. Bought by Professional Aviation in July 1997 and later to the Congo Government with the registration/serial TN-235 allocated but not used. The aircraft was damaged in a landing accident at Braazaville and remained stored there until scrapped in July 2008

1942 Vintage. Ex 43-10837, CR-LBF, NC6004, N1591V and ZS-CLM. Registered as ZS-AJT in May 1970 and sold in the UK as G-LAJT in 2005. Returned to the USA for restoration in 2008 and registered N17GL before returning to the UK as such in 2019

Delivered in 1992 and here likely on a technical or medical stop en route to the US west coast. In 1998 it joined the Swissair fleet and in 2022 flies with FedEx as N642FE.

Built in 1969 as 9G-ABX for Ghana Airways and imported by Eastern Provincial in 1981. Acquired by Calm Air in 1987 and at this time they were a Canadian Airlines partner and so adopted their livery. Cancelled in 2018 having previously been scrapped.
