Delivered to American Airlines as N7524A in 1959. To Trans Asian as ST-AHG in 1978 and leased to Sudan Airways and later to Air Malta. Reregistered to 9G-ACO and then G-TJAC in 1979. Back to Trans Asian after lease to Air Malta. To Monarch Airlines as G-BHOY in 1980 and leased to Air Malta. To Tigerair N61TA in 1980 and stored at Marana. To Boeing in 1983 and withdrawn from use at Davis-Monthan AFB and used for parts in the KC-135E program. Remains scrapped in 2001.

Delivered to Northwest Orient as N728US in 1961. To Maersk Air as OY-APY in 1973 then to Monarch Airlines as G-BHGE in 1979 and Conair of Scandinavia as OY-APY in 1981. To AirXport as TF-AYC then to Boeing in 1987. Used for parts in the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Scrapped in 2011.
