Like many Australian P166s, VH-PNC ended its days in Bankstown's graveyard,

VH-CEW was acquired by Ray Whitbread in 1970 to get heavy tailwheel experience before flying his Mustang VH-IVI. The Ceres was a development of the Wirraway advanced trainer. Whitbread sold -CEW to Airland in 1972 and it returned to aerial agriculture. It was struck off the register in 1978.

Oops. The signwriter spelt the operator's name incorrectly. Mt Isa-based Lanhams Air Charter was connected to Coolangatta-based Lanham's Air Taxi through Pastor Cliff Lanham. The Mt Isa operation started out as an aerial mission bringing spiritual guidance to remote communities.

VH-BOY was used by Illawarra Aviation for target towing for the military and was able to survive opposition by aviation authorities to civil warbirds.

VH-RCH was registered in May 1963.

VH-CZF was the last DC-9 delivered in the Ansett-ANA livery. That was July 1969. The next aircraft was painted in Ansett Airlines of Australia colours.

VH-GOE in the bronze and white livery it wore when operated by Air Research, the company's name and logo removed but not what it did. It found further work in aerial survey into 1971 but by the end of that year was operating as a freighter. -GOE continued cargo until withdrawn from use in 1976. It was purchased in 1984 by the Papua New Guinea National Museum with a view to displaying it in its original Ansett-MAL livery. It may have since been scrapped without any work being done.

VH-FJJ was registered in September 1969.

Jetair closed down in 1971. VH-SBN was acquired by the Australian Government soon after and exported to Cambodia as aid.

A rarity in Australia, VH-ELA was for a time part of the fleet of Bankstown-based flying school Chieftain Aviation
