Crashed 25-10-69 Cunderdin WA. Restored 19-06-03 as VH-UDH. WFU 22-09-17. The RQAC, Archerfield, QLD supplied a number of aircraft, and if required, instructors to Aero Clubs in Southeast QLD from the 1930's to the early 1960's. Fourth prototype UVP series. Registered as OK-164 in 1977 then OK-IYC in 1979 and back to OK-164 by 1988. Withdrawn from use at Kunovice by 1998 and preserved in the LET factory. Marked with fake reg OK-LET in 2010.

Built by Aeronautical Corp. of America Cincinnati 18/10/1938 50 hp Continental A50-3 engine. Ordered by Airflite Pty Ltd Mascot, Sydney, NSW. Registered 11/1/39. Registered to a number of owners throughout Queensland over the years. Aircraft shot at by unknown person while operating out of Archerfield, Brisbane, QLD. Inspection on 29/9/42 revealed two bullet holes through the right-wing spar - repaired by 15/1/43. Removed from register 1947 to 1956 - Restored and re-engined with a 65 hp Lycoming. Final owner K.R. Wilson, "Carinya" Station near Thangool, QLD. WFU 1974 and stored disassembled.
