The fourth MB.320 airframe, probably built in 1951. The type was to be produced in France as the SFCA Vema 51 or SFCA Lignel Vema 51. It did not happen, but the French CAA lists F-OAJL as a Macchi Vema 51. I-MACH (c/n 5875/2) became F-OAHN and F-BDFN which is given as Macchi Vema 51 c/n 01. F-OAJL to Belgium in 1952 as OO-CGR; to 9O-CGR in Congo.

Few examples were built of the six-seat MB.320, first flown in 1949. Three were sold to East African Airways in Kenya: VP-KJD, -KJG and -KJJ. This one was registered to Lord Waterpark, Caryll Cavendish. In 1954 it became F-BBIB, registered to the Hennessy cognac distillery in Cognac. It was withdrawn from use in 1960.
