Leased to Labrador Airways and Echo Bay Mines before sold to Ashe Aircraft 14-Mar-1986. Leased to Ptarmigan Airways and Empire Airways in 1986. Leased to Inter Atoll Air as 8Q-GIA 16-Jan-1987. Several generations of ATC towers at Åre Östersund Airport. When this was an active air base, the ATC was located on the military side of the airport and this was F4 Frösön and the unit was F4 Jämtlands flygflotilj.

The former air base of Frösön, now named Åre Östersund airport, still has two remnants of its past. Flygflottilj 4 operated the Saab J35 Draken from here and this example can be found on a stick, next to the Frösö Park Hotel.
