In 1985 the Western Canada Aviation Museum acquired former Spanish Air Force Junkers Ju-52 T.2B-148. It was converted by Bristol Aerospace into a single-engine, static replica of Canadian Airways' CF-ARM. The real CF-ARM (under powered for the work it was doing) was scrapped in the 1940s.

The Canadian Air Force acquired six Bristol Freighters during 1951 - 57. Based in Europe, the aircraft provided heavy transport among Canada's four NATO bases in France and Germany. The type was retired in 1967 and Wardair bought the four remaining aircraft including spares. CF-WAE (former RCAF 9699) was sold in 1975 and leased to Norcanair. It was donated to the Western Canada Aviation Museum in 1983 and is pictured outside the renamed Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada.

With 409 Squadron when retired in 1986, this Voodoo was donated to the Western Canada Aviation Museum and marked with 416 Squadron markings from earlier service. The Museum opened it's new location (still at the airport) in May 2022 as the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada.

Seen in the restoration workshop adjoining the museum main hangar. A lot of parts are having to be re-manufactured. It is being restored in the original MacKenzie Air Service livery and will have 'Eldorado Radium Silver Express' subtitles. The museum closed its doors 22 October 2018. The historic TCA hangar and original terminal building were sadly demolished to make way for a new maintenance facility. The construction of a new museum building commenced 1 May 2020 at 2088 Wellington Avenue, which is near the main terminal building. Opening is planned for 2021.

Reported as 'destroyed' by fire on take-off from Duck Lake, Kenora, Ontario 22 September 1954. Registration cancelled 7 May 1969. Remains donated to the museum. First noted on rebuild in 2010. In the process of moving the rather large aircraft to a temporary storage location in order to make floor space needed to accommodate the up and coming annual "Out-of the -Blue" fundraising event that was held the following weekend.
