The second 146 for Princess Air to follow G-BRXT was leased new to the short-lived Southend airline as a pax/cargo convertible aircraft in June 1990. After the closure of the airline in February 1991, it returned to BAe and became G-BTIA on lease to Air UK next month going to BAF from June, Safair as ZS-NCB from October 1992, Titan as G-ZAPK from April 1996 and Pionair Australia from November 2013, becoming VH-SAZ in November 2017. Stored by ASL Airlines Australia at Sydney-Bankstown from June 2023

Delivered to Air Nova as C-GRNY in November 1989 and leased by BAe to the newly-formed Princess Air at Southend in March 1990, but wfu by July (replaced by 146QC G-PRIN which only lasted under that registration till February 1991 when the airline folded). To Malmö Aviation in October 1990, reregistered SE-DRA in January 1992, and Atlantic Airways as OY-RCW in April 2005. Stored at Summerside (Canada) from March 2012 and partially broken up
