First flew as SA365N Dauphin F-WZJV in 1980. Converted to the prototype SA365M Panther military version F-ZVLO in 1984. To Turbomeca as F-WGTM in 1989. Converted to the testbed for the MTR390 engine for the Tigre F-ZWTM. Preserved at the Musée de l'ALAT et de l'Hélicoptère, Dax from 2017.

Built as an SA.365N in 1980 and registered as F-WZJV. Converted to an SA.365M in 1984. Reregistered as F-ZVLO by 1986 then F-WGTM in 1989. Reg F-GGTM worn at the Paris airshow in 1991 but not officially registered as such. Later converted to an AS.365MTR testbed for the MTR390 engine for the Tigre and registered as F-ZWTM/6005. Stored at Pau by 2009. To the ALAT Museum, Dax in 2017.

Prototype SA.365M Panther

First flown in 1984 as F-WZJV, this was the prototype of the SA.365M Panther tactical army helicopter. It sold to Brazil as the HM-1 Pantera, while China's Z-9W is very similar. This airframe was ultimately re-engined with MTR390 engines.
