Along with F-AZGE these two beautiful, venerable old props made for a compelling display at ILA 2010. I may be in a minority but they were much more interesting than fighters that all look the same or miniscule aerobatic aircraft.
The fuselage section of this Flamant now resides in the storage area of the Zruč Air Park. The wings of Flamant 263/316-KB are stored elsewhere in the Park so presumably they are from one and the same aircraft. Any confirmation would be welcome!
The Flamant was a light transport and training aircraft which first flew in 1947. Access to the glazed nose for a navigator or bombardier can be seen here and a Flight Engineer was seated behind the pilot. Two airworthy examples and two more under restoration were present at this airfield
