Delivered to Slick Airways as N90807 in 1951. To Japan Air Lines as JA6201 in 1953, Transavia as PH-TRO then to Germanair as D-ABAZ in 1968, Jet Aviation as HB-IBW in 1971, Span East Airlines as N615SE in 1973, Guyana Airways as 8R-GEC in 1974 and returned to Span East in 1976 as N615SE. To Trans Continental Airlines in 1978. Sold in 1993. Used for parts by Everts at Fairbanks by 1998. Fuselage to their storage yard by 2008.

Former Trans Continental DC-6 bought by Everts and used for spares to keep the rest of the fleet going.

Built as a cargo version and delivered in 1951 to Slick, a major cargo airline, this aircraft had a long career with many operators.
