This Convair was originally PP-YRD with REAL Transportes Aéreos (and Varig when merged in 1961). To Linjeflyg in 1962 and converted to a 440, the aircraft flew in the USA registered N96CF 1978 - 1986. Seen in basic Linjeflyg colors with Combs Freightair and General Aviation, it was registered to Canada West Air in August 1986. Stored at Tucson, AZ in 1989, it was stripped of paint and had World Wings titles added, but apparently never operated. The aircraft ended it's days in Mexico after registered XA-RSA in 1991.

Registered to World Wings Jun 89 but I have found no information on that operator or if they ever actually operated the aircraft. It was reported to have gone to Omega Aero Transportes in Jun 92 as XA-RSA.

Built in 11.54 for REAL as CV-340-62 PP-YRD. To Linjeflyg as SE-CCL in 01.62 and converted to CV-44-62.To N96CF with Combs in 10.78 and Canada West as C-GCWF in 09.86. Operated by World Wings in 1989 then stored at Tucson. To XA-RSA in 06.92.
