This Parrot is owned by my good friends Matt and Karen. It's unusual for an RAAF Parrot, having spent its entire service career with ARDU. The remnants of its ARDU markings, removed by the RAAF when it was sold, can just be made out. Since this photo was taken, the aircraft has been re-painted into its original markings.

This aircraft was delivered to the RAAF in June 1975 as A19-040. It served with 1FTS at Point Cook and in 1989 took part in a 70th anniversary re-enactment of the first crossing of Australia by air, as you can see from the sticker underneath the windscreen. Seen here taxying back from its display at the Kyneton Easter Airshow.
