Nature Air, which declared itself the worlds first carbon neutral airline in 2004, operated a fleet of Twin Otter Vistaliners and Cessna 208s from Tobías Bolaños until they moved to Juan Santamaría International in 2013 and replaced the Twin Otters for a fleet to LET410s in 2015. One of the airlines Cessna 208s was involved in a fatal crash in December 2017 and the airlines operating licence was suspended in May 2018.
