First flown in 1913, the Avro 504 had a very long life for an aircraft of its era. The modernized 504N, with a radial engine and a new undercarriage, appeared in 1925 and was a standard trainer in the RAF until 1933. This airframe was one of three built by the Danish Orlogsvaerftet (Naval Yard).

Norwegian AF 103 taken on charge Nov-1920, struck off charge 1928, to storage at Norsk Teknisk Museum until 1976 when it went back to the Air Force for inclusion in a future museum, in 1995 to Norsk Luftfartsmuseum in Bodø

This Avro 504K was operated by the Manchester-based Northern Air Lines between May 1929 and September 1931. It is seen at the temporary Wythenshawe airfield which opened in April 1929 and closed on the completion of the new Barton Airport in early 1930.

Built in 1918 for the RAF as E1860. Civilianised in 1922 for Manchester Aviation Co and operated from Alexandra Park airfield until it crashed on 2 August 1924.

Built in 1918 by the Henderson Scottish Aviation Factory for the RAF as D5858. Civilianised in 1920. Served Northern Air Lines for several years. This stunning replica is Argentinian built and registered. Seen at the LAA Rally it won the award for the best homebuilt aircraft. It is powered by a Rotec R3600 radial engine rather than the original rotary. The original Avro 504 first flew in 1913 and over 10,000 were built
