Hawkins and Powers 1976, stored Greybull in RCAF colours. Made airworthy from 2002 for movie "Flight of the Phoenix". Flown to Namibia for actual shooting December 2003, returned to Greybull June 2004. Auctioned 2006 in HP closing down sale, bought by Lauridsen Aviation Museum and flown to Buckeye, AZ. This was the genuine C-119 N3003. Built for the RCAF as 22106 in 1952. Sold as N3003 in 1970. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation in 1976 and used for parts at Greybull. Registration N3003 had been removed before I took this photo. Another C-119 was painted as N3003. This C-119 was removed from Greybull by 2006. Probably scrapped.
