Built as an F-4E. Served with the Thunderbirds display team. Converted to an NF-4E test aircraft in 1978. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1991. Left in 1994 and preserved at South Park, Monett, MO in Thunderbirds colours.
