Ex Avianca HK-2900X, registered 1st Aug 1988 and merged into FedEx July 1989, then re-registered N630FE 2nd Jan 1990

This 747 was delivered to Aerolineas Argentinas in August 1981 and is pictured taxying to its gate after the long flight from Buenos Aires (EZE). It was leased to Air Plus Comet as EC-IZL in June 2004, transferring to Air Comet in Jan 2007. The plane was withdrawn from use in April 2007 and stored at EZE, where it was subsequently scrapped in September 2014.

This 747's later registrations were N770PC and VT-AIM, then finally A6-COM as which it is still current in early 2021.

Delivered new to Singapore Airlines in October 1994 (9V-SPB). Over to El Al in October 2008. Left the fleet December 2017.

'Clipper Wild Wave' is an early morning arrival and is pictured taxying in to its gate. The plane was actually delivered to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SIB in August 1973, It went on to fly with Flying Tiger Line and Metro International (both N748TA & N748FT) before joining Pan Am in February 1983. It then went to Evergreen as N482EV, with two lease periods to Saudia Arabian, before being retired in December 2012. The plane is now preserved at Mcminnville (MMV), Oregan.

Operator is Longtail Aviation (very small titles on nose). Logo commemorates 50 years of the Boeing 747. Flew with Singapore Airlines 9V-SMI, Air India VT-AIQ, and after conversion to freighter, Martinair Holland PH-MPQ, Air Cargo Germany D-ACGC and Ruby Star EW-511TQ. Joined Longtail Aviation in Nov 2020. When it departed MST, a few hours later, soon after departure the number one engine exploded with parts raining down on a village near the airport which caused some damage to vehicles and property. The aircraft went into the hold to dump fuel and then diverted to Liege, owing to its much longer runway, where it made a safe and uneventful landing.
