This aircraft was built to an RAF order as EX184 and allocated USAAC serial 41-33157 for administrative purposes. It was diverted to New Zealand where it entered service as NZ1006 in Sep 1942. Demobbed in 1978, shipped to Australia and stored at Albury til 1981. Acquired by Randal McFarlane for restoration at Bankstown 82-86, first flight 10 May 86. Owned during 1988-90 by aerobatic ace Chris Sperou, then moved to Alice Springs and Kalgoorlie. Resident in Queensland since Jan 2007.

Built in September 1942 for USAAF as C-60A 42-32186. Postwar used by Howard Aero in development work for the tri-gear Howard 250, before retro mods to tailwheel layout.

Built in 1953 and saw service with 101 & 50 Sqns, Upwood Stn Flt, RNZAF, 45, 85 and finally 100 Sqn as seen here at Wattisham's 1972 BoB Day. In 1958 joined the newly formed RNZAF 75 Sqn at RAF Tengah, Singapore, seeing active service in Malaya as part of the Commonwealth Strategic Reserve. SoC 7.76 and scrapped but nose preserved with the ATC at Ammanford in Wales

Birmingham University Air Squadron Chipmunk T.10 at its RAF Shawbury base. Later to G-BCHW and N3034F.

Withdrawn from use in 1972. Restored as VH-ZAZ in 1992.

This aircraft was since repainted in red and white.
