42-92396 rolled out December 23, 1943 and was delivered to the RCAF as FZ635 on January 15, 1944. Quickly struck off strength post war on December 5, 1945, it was put into Trans Canada Airline service (CF-TDZ) that lasted from May 1946 to January 1961. Canada's Department of Transport then took it over (CF-DTV) and it remained with them until sold to Millardair (C-FDTV) in1975. After Millardair ceased flight operations in 1990, the registration was cancelled in September 1991. Later to California-Pacifico registered XA-RZF and XA-UDY.

An OA-10A leaving the flightline at Bagram. The 355th Fighter Squadron 'Fighting Falcons', Alaska Air National Guard, deployed to Bagram (Afghanistan) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2005. The unit was at that time based at Eielson (AK). The squadron was inactivated in August 2007. After an other reactivation in October 2015 and and inactivation on October 2019 (flying F-16s from Forth Worth) the squadron was reactivated again, this time with F-35As at (again) Eielson on 18 December 2020.
