This 762 was originally delivered to Varig as PP-VOK in July 1990. It then joined LOT in July 2005 and is pictured about to be readied (I seem to remember) for the flight to JFK. The frame was wfu in July 2013, ferried to Durham Tees Valley and scrapped.
