As such it starred in several movies, including "Tora, Tora, Tora" in the late 1960s and "Midway" in the mid 1970s. It then went through several other owners, before being donated to the USAF Museum in 1986 and placed on display at the Texas Museum of Military History, which became the Linear Air Park in 1991. It is now displayed in the markings of Avenger Field at Sweetwater (TX).
