Participating in the 2016 Shuttleworth Fly Navy Air Show at Old Warden, in colours representing a machine of 820 Squadron at the time of the attack on the Bismark in 1941. The aircraft itself saw wartime service in the Mediterranean theatre.

The oldest surviving airworthy Swordfish in the world, built in 1941 by Blackburn Aircraft. She was operated by the RN's Mediterranean Fleet but returned to Fairey's Stockport factory for refurbishment during 1942/43 before being transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy in 1944 for use in the training role. Post war she spent time in the reserve before going into private hands and was purchased by Sir William Roberts for his Strathallan Collection, arriving in August 1977. Bought by British Aerospace in 1990, over the next three years she was restored to flying condition and gifted to the RNHF.

The RN Historic Flight's Swordfish fitted with a dummy torpedo performs a ceremonial flypast over the site of the WW2 RNAS Burscough (HMS Ringtail). The now closed airfield was used by many naval squadrons 1941-1946 for training and working up before deployment to carriers and front line bases.

Built by Blackburn Aircraft at Sherburn-in-Elmet in 10.41. To Canadian Navy 10.44. Sold in 1950s and stored on a farm. To Strathallan Collection in 1977 but not flown. Overhauled for the RN Historic Flight in 1991 and flown, having been registered as G-BMGC in 1985. Seen carrying a dummy torpedo.
