C-123B 54-663 converted to C-123K. It was initially preserved at Howard AFB, Canal Zone. Later at Costa Verde Hotel and Resort in San Jose, Costa Rica. In 2016, was serving as a bar and restaurant called "El Avion" in Quepos, Costa Rica, on Manuel Antonio Hill. According to the restaurant, this was one of the two C-123's used during the Iran-Contra affair in 1986

Delivered to South African Airways as ZS-CDT in 1958. To British Midland Airways as G-AZLP in 1972. Withdrawn from use at Teesside in 1986 and fuselage used as a ground trainer. To North East Aircraft Museum in 2008. Scrapped in 2013, nose preserved at Brooklands Museum.

Delivered to BEA in 1957. Merged into British Airways in 1973. To British Air Ferries in 1981. Scrapped at Southend in 1991. Wing donated to the Brooklands Museum.
