MNG Airlines was founded as a cargo operator. Whilst still continuing with its cargo operations, In 2001 it ventured into the passenger market trading as MNG Pax. This lasted until circa 2006 when they went back to being a cargo only operator.

The aircraft was ex Sabena, which had ceased operations. This short-lived airline began operations as VG Airlines in May 2002. The name came from the founder Freddie Van Gaever. This particular aircraft, however, was painted from the outset to promote the Delsey luggage brand (whose owner also had a stake in the airline). Eventually he acquired 100% ownership and, in August 2002, the airline was rebranded Delsey Airlines. It ceased operations in Nov 2002.

It was operating as Virgin Express again, but had very recently returned from a two year lease to Virgin Blue Airlines as VH-VGD and not yet been repainted.

Leased from JMC Airlines in May, it operated for Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium until Nov 2002. It was again leased in May 2003 (now from Thomas Cook UK) but as OO-TCE.

It had been on lease to Air Afrique and not repainted since it had come back in Apr 2000.

Later XA-ACO with Interjet.

Leased from Northern Air Charter May 2002 until circa Oct 2005.

Leased from JMC Airlines, it was operating for Thomas Cook Belgium and intended to be OO-TCA. It however kept its British reg. Returned to JMC Nov 2002. Again leased in Mar to Nov 2003 but this time as OO-TCG.
