Built in 1943 as a USAAF C-60A this aircraft served with the Royal Australian Air Force as A67-5 in WWII and post war was civilianised, firstly as VH-GRB, and later VH- OAS. It returned to the USA in 1953 as N4849V and later carried the registrations N667, N1000S and N101S. In 1959 it was converted to Howard 250 standard and was sold to Mexico in 1967 where it was registered XB-SAO. It returned to the US register as N2786Y in December 1982 and flown to Albuquerque, where it was reported as "stored" in October 1986. Delivered to Northwest as N624US in 1979. To Kalitta Air in 2010 and used for parts at Oscoda, MI. Scrapped in 2015.

Delivered to Avianca as HK-2300 in 1979. Reregistered as HK-2980X in 1983 and EI-CEO in 1992. To Tower Air in 1995. Reregistered as N621FF in 1997. To Polar Air Cargo as N924FT in 2000, UPS as N527UP in 2001 and back to Polar Air Cargo as N924FT in 2003. To Kalitta Air as N701CK in 2004. Withdrawn from use as Oscoda, MI in 2012 and scrapped.

Delivered to Orion Airways as G-BHCL in 1980 then to Trans European Airways as OO-TEN in 1981, America West as N141AW in 1984 and Westjet as C-FIWJ in 2000. Returned to the lessor as N742AP in 2005 then to Batavia Air as PK-YTV in 2006. Preserved at the Taman Wisata Matahari Amusement Park, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia from 2016. Scrapped in 2019.
