Took it first flight as VH-RMY on November 27th 1974. It entered the Australian register on the 7th of November 1974. it was leased to Air Jamiica for 12 months and registered 6Y-JML. On termination of lease it returned to Australia on the 5th. of December 1986 as VH-RMY. In May 1989 it entered the US regiater as N240FE and sold to Federal Express they named the aircraft "Baron" it was later scrapped at Victorville.

Originally N6868Q of Beech Aircraft Corp and delivered to TAA on 9 July 1964. Registered as VH-TGA to the ANAC (t/a TAA) on 14 August 1964. Used on RDFS duties until 1968 and then registered directly to the Royal Flying Doctor Service themselves. It was sold in 1977 to Civil Flying Services. It went to East-West Airlines who operated it on behalf of N.S.W. Department of Health.
