This aircraft was built by Royal Navy apprentices and first flew in October 1971. It was issued with the civil registration G-BBRN in November 1973.

At the time this Sea Hawk was an instructional airframe. It was later acquired by the Netherlands Navy who painted it up as a Dutch Sea Hawk for display purposes.

Photographed in its initial factory finish, parked beside Prestwick's Main Terminal, with the Scottish Aviation complex where it was built seen in the background, prior to its next day delivery flight to the Swedish Air Force as Sk.61A 61057. Withdrawn from use in Dec 2000 and sold to Avia-Rent Kft of Hungary in Aug 2004, becoming HA-TUZ. Crashed during an emergency landing in April 2014
