The only surviving Wicko, G-AFJB, spent several years under the ownership of Ken Wooley who saved the aircraft from almost certain demise at Baginton in the mid 1960s, displaying it in his garden at Berkeswell Forge. He painted the aircraft into its wartime guise of DR613, worn when it served with the Air Transport Auxiliary at White Waltham. The aircraft was restored to fly again in the early c2005.

First operator after the RAF was Trans Canada Airlines. Here in Transair service it is being refueled at the GA pumps while loading baggage for the next flight. Livery is gold stripe and fin with red rudder. In 1970 it was WFU and stored dismantled by the Western Canada Aviation Museum. There were plans to send it to Poland as, when in RAF service, it was in dedicated Polish Army VIP use.

Still on the register in 2020 and based at Dawson Creek/BC. Behind can be seen some of the many RCAF Expeditors at the No. 1005 Technical Storage Detachment on the airfield

Operated from new in 1965 until retirement in 1997

At the Saskatoon storage depot. It wasn't until 50 years later that I found out it was a miss-paint for N6148.

Registered to Capp Flying Services and finished in mid-green and white with dark green trim. Diverted from USAAF to the RAF/RCAF as HB268 during WW-II and civilianized in 1947. Broken up in 1974, probably as a result of damage suffered landing in deep snow.
