The Hawker Tomtit trainer was built in limited numbers, the RAF selecting the Avro Tutor. G-ABOD was used to test Wolseley engines and unsuccessfully took part in the 1933 King's Cup, flown by Gerry Sayer. Race number 15 is DH.60 Moth Major G-ABVW Jason 4, formerly owned by Amy Johnson. Also visible are Miles M2 Hawk G-ACHJ / 14 and Comper Swift G-ABUU / 26 in wich Edward Edwards took second place behind Geofrrey de Havilland in his DH.85 Leopard Moth.
