This DC-10 was delivered to JAS in March 1988. From December 1997 it started to fly with Harlequin Air, also as JA8550, but then from March 2000 until October 2006 it was with Northwest as N243NW. It then flew with Omni Air from October 2006 as N522AX but was retired to Goodyear (GYR) in February 2012, and then moved to Oscoda (OSC) in January 2014. Fortunately, it was rescued from the scrapman by conversion to Super Tanker and is currently still active with 10 Tanker Air Carrier.

This A300 was originally delivered to TDA in December 2980 and transferred to JAS in April 1988. It was retired in October 2002 and ferried a month later to Smyrna (MQY) for storage and eventual scrappage. This picture was taken from the viewing deck at the old Haneda terminal, with construction of the present-day Haneda in the background.

This MD-87 was originally delivered to JAS in June 1988 and is pictured pushing back from the 'old' Haneda terminal. Note also the Japan Self Defence Force Skyvan in background, which, unfortunately, did not come with range of my camera. The MD-87 went on to fly with Japan Airlines (mainline and domestic) before joining One-Two-Go as HS-OMI in July 2007. After the grounding of this airline it was parked at Don Muang (DMK) and scrapped in September 2013, although some parts (fuselage?) seem to have been salvaged for use by the Royal Thai Army for training.
