Delivered to Japan Air System as JA8278 in 1988 who merged into Japan Air Lines in 2004. To One-Two-Go as HS-OMI in 2007. Withdrawn from use at Bangkok-Don Mueang in 2008. Moved to Lop Buri in 2013 and used by the Royal Thai Army as a ground trainer.

This MD-87 was originally delivered to JAS in June 1988 and is pictured pushing back from the 'old' Haneda terminal. Note also the Japan Self Defence Force Skyvan in background, which, unfortunately, did not come with range of my camera. The MD-87 went on to fly with Japan Airlines (mainline and domestic) before joining One-Two-Go as HS-OMI in July 2007. After the grounding of this airline it was parked at Don Muang (DMK) and scrapped in September 2013, although some parts (fuselage?) seem to have been salvaged for use by the Royal Thai Army for training.
