Delivered to the RCAF as 1564 in 1952. Reserialled to 5193 in 1967. Registered as CF-QPD in 1971, later C-FQPD then G-BKGL in 1982. Destroyed by fire after a forced landing due to an engine failure while on approach to Bastia, Corsica in 2021. All three people on board escaped.
