Ex N5024, HZ-NB2, 5N-HHH. Arrived at Southend 30 April 2001 as 5N-HHH of Kabo Air and placed in open store. Acquired by the Southend Airport authority in 2004 for non-destructive fire and security training, replacing Viscount G-AOHL which had been used for that purpose. During April 2004, it was given the fake registration 'G-FIRE' and the title 'Airport Fire Service' atop the fuselage. It was eventually towed to the scrapping area 1 July 2014 and was scrapped that month, with all traces having been removed by 23 July 2014. Its role was taken over by the training rig obtained from Filton 2013. This photo is copyright © Mike Cain, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
