Delivered to Continental Airlines as N70774 in 1959. To TWA in 1967 then to Israeli Aircraft Industries as 4X-BYA in 1971 and to the Israeli Air Force as 4X-JYB/009 in 1972. To Charlotte Aircraft Corp. as N196CA in 1978 then to Hispaniola Airways as HI-384HA in 1981. Damaged beyond repair in landing accident at Miami in 1981 and scrapped in 1987.
