Beaver CF-MAZ was delivered new to the Manitoba Government Air Service in May 1960 and based at Lac du Bonnet. In 1986 it was operated by Powell Air when it participated in the Expo 86 bushplane rally which included a water taxi parade past the Expo 86 site on the north side of Vancouver's False Creek, including the Aviation Plaza (seen behind). Oddly, the Canadian civil aircraft register doesn't record it with Powell Air between its sale by Aklak Air in June 1983 and its purchase by Pacific Coastal Airlines in Apr. 1989. In 2022, it was flying with Wilderness Seaplanes in Port Hardy, BC.
