This 312 was originally intended for MEA but the sale fell through and instead the frame was placed with CAAC and delivered in June 1985. It went to China Eastern in May1988, then China Northwest in June 1992 and back to China Eastern in August 2003. It is pictured about to taxy out for departure back to China. The plane was retired in September 2006 and is now preserved in the China Civil Aviation Museum in Beijing.

Quite a surprise was the A310. A rare appearance in western Europe.

Delivered new to CAAC - Civil Aviation Administration of China in June '85. After the split up of CAAC to China Eastern Airlines in May 1988. wfu July 1990. In April '92 to China Northwest and between 2003 and September 2006 again China Eastern Airlines. Donated to China Civil Aviation Museum for display.

Delivered new to CAAC 25th June 1985 and transferred to China Eastern May 1988. Operated with China Northwest June 1992-Aug 2003. Preserved China Civil Aviation Museum Oct 2006

Ex CAAC B2301 - B2303 were stored in Europe in 1991. B2301 and 2302 were painted in Brussels in full China Northwest c/s in early 1992. They didnt operate very long, and B-2301 now actually a museum piece.
