First delivered as long ago as July 1946 to the Iraqi Petroleum Company as G-AHRI, this early Dove was sold as 4X-ARI to Avitur Airlines in 1957, reverting to its British registration with Brooklands Aviation in 1965. Wfu in 1972, by 1978 it had been loaned to the Lincolnshire Aviation Society and put on show at Tattershall. In 1989 it moved to the Newark museum and in the last couple of years has been repainted in these Israeli marks. For many years this Dove was preserved as G-AHRI. Recently it has been repainted as 4X-ARI. The aircraft actually wore this registration between 1965 and 1972.

At Newark Air Museum.

This grand old lady had her first flight in 1946 and after a long service life was acquired by the Newark Air Museum in 1989. She is now one of the many interesting exhibits to be seen at this museum.

This aircraft is displayed close to the entrance to the Newark Air Museum and carries titles to advertise the museum. It does not appear to be in very good condition and paint can be seen peeling very badly - a poor advertisement for this interesting collection.
