Delivered to Mohawk Airlines as N7812M in 1966 who merged into Allegheny Airlines in 1972. To Pan Adria Airlines as YU-ALC in 1974 who were renamed to Transadria in 1978. Sold as N852TA then to UTA as F-ODMP and leased to Air Polynesie in 1980. They were renamed to Air Tahiti in 1987. To Uni-Air as F-GGDM in 1988. Destroyed in a fatal crash into a mountain while on approach to Valence in 1989.

Pan Adria Airlines, renamed to Trans Adria in 1978, operated a total of five FH-227s, which had been initially ordered and flown by Mohawk Airlines. The Fairchilds came to Yugoslavia in 1974; this particular aircraft left again in 1980 and operated as F-ODMP and F-GGDM. It was written off when it crashed into a mountain near Valence on 10/APR/89.
