Delivered to Mohawk Airlines as N7812M in 1966 who merged into Allegheny Airlines in 1972. To Pan Adria Airlines as YU-ALC in 1974 who were renamed to Transadria in 1978. Sold as N852TA then to UTA as F-ODMP and leased to Air Polynesie in 1980. They were renamed to Air Tahiti in 1987. To Uni-Air as F-GGDM in 1988.
