De-identified and in full make up, C-GHCT is ready for a bit part in the 1982 movie "The Mother Lode". It became a much larger part when the a typical landing scene went wrong. Reducing the rate of decent too late for a glassy water landing, a float hooked and the aircraft cartwheeled, overturned and sank. Without time and a budget to re-shoot with another aircraft, the crash was written into the movie. The aircraft was salvaged and rebuilt. It's flying as C-GATJ at the time of uploading.
