PH-TVV, an ex-Alitalia Caravelle, spent its two final service years with Transavia Holland. It even received the full Transavia colour-scheme later in 1974, only to be withdrawn at Amsterdam in 1975.

slide scan from the NK collection. - I-DAXO, seen here in old Alitalia colours, was later repainted and flew for the Italian state carrier until 1973. Two seasons of charter services with Transavia as PH-TVV completed the service life of this airframe, and it was scrapped at Amsterdam in 1976.

This photo gives me a very nostalgic feeling, especially with the rear stairs open. In front of the Caravelle, the boarding process has just started for the NLM Fokker 27 that is parked there.
