Originally flew as SU-ZCA for Heliopolis Airlines, then in 1998 delivered to Avianca as HK-4137X, then N190AN. Delivered to Austral in December 2006 as LV-BHN. In December 2012 it was delivered to Swiftair as EC-LTV. Plane destroyed July 24, 2014 in Gossi, Mali.

Acquired Aug 96, it was returned to the leasing company in Dec 97. It then operated with Avianca as HK-4137X and Austral as LV-BHN. In Dec 2012 it came to Europe as EC-LTV with Swiftair. Whilst on a wet lease to Air Algerie this aircraft crashed, en route, 80Km NW of Gossi (Mali) on 24 Jul 2014. A set of circumstances led to the aircraft stalling at high altitude and the crew not taking the correct recovery action.

Originally delivered to Heliopolis, an Egyptian Charter airline in 1996. Followed by a nine year contract with Avianca of Colombia. Crashed in 2014 when operating in Mali for Swiftair.
