Photo assumed taken at the Bell factory, then still in upstate New York. Ordered as an XR-13 but delivered as a YR-13 in 1947 and redesignated as a YH-13 in 1948. Later N4017A, CF-NNA and N9066J - it was modernised several times and ended as a Bell 47G-2.

An early military R-13, a Bell 47B prototype and a Model 42 on display in the Bomber Plant at CLE, the future International Exposition Center.
