Taxiing out for the 2010 Independence Parade over Mexico City, 3507 is seen lining up for a formation of three Boeing 727s. ex XA-MEK it was first noted with the air force in 2003, and made the last flight of the type with the Mexican air force on 22 February 2017. It had been transferred to the Guardia Nacional for spares recovery by 2021.

Stored after 10 years in service with Ethiopian Airlines, it was leased to ACES Colombia as HK-3834 in May 1993.

One of three 727s bought by Ethiopian and delivered in 10.79, this example was wfu at Shannon in 8.92 and stored as N979AL, eventually being converted to a freighter and leased by All Canada Express as C-FACJ in from 1.97. Operated in UPS colours but repainted in All Canada's own livery shortly before becoming C-GUJC in 5.03 and appearing in CargoJet Airways scheme - very smart, but nobody will beat that wonderful original ET paintwork!
