Photographer not known. EI-ANJ was delivered to Aer Lingus on 24 April 1964, being the third and last Carvair acquired by the airline. Its time in service was quite short and it was retired from use in September 1966. In 1968 it was bought by Eastern Provincial as CF-EPW but this too proved not to be a long-term prospect. In 1973 it returned to Europe and became LN-NAA of Norwegian Oversea Airways and later Rorosfly. By 1975 it ended up in Bangkok and may have operated some Red Cross flights from there. It was scrapped in situ in the late 1980s.
