This 737 was delivered to Pacific Southwest Airlines on lease from GATX Corporation on December 17, 1968 as N381PS. Leased by Pacific Western in July 1969 as CF-PWM (C-FPWM after 1975), the airliner went on a three month lease to Bahamasair (C6-BES) in 1982 before a more permanent home with Pan Am from September 1982 - November 1987 as N382PA. Last with SAHSA Honduras (HR-SHG), it was returned in August 1990 and scrapped.
