Pictured with Okanagan Helicopters from 1971, this JetRanger remained with the re-named Canadian Helicopters after 1993. In this photo it has the Okanagan early logo below the forward door. It was bought by Northern Mountain Helicopters in 1997. The helicopter crashed on June 18, 1999 during heli-logging operations: It was delivering choker chains with a long line when the line snagged logs when departing. The helicopter experienced dynamic rollover with the line attached to the ground and crashed.
