Pictured with Okanagan Helicopters from 1971, this JetRanger remained with the re-named Canadian Helicopters after 1993. It was bought by Northern Mountain Helicopters in 1997. The helicopter crashed on June 18, 1999 during heli-logging operations: It was delivering choker chains with a long line when the line snagged logs when departing. The helicopter experienced dynamic rollover with the line attached to the ground and crashed.
