Delivered to South African Airways in 1947 as ZS-BCC 'Katberg'. Sold to Northern Rhodesia Air Services in January 1952 as VP-RCL and re-registered VP-YLX in 1955. Later operated by Mines Air Services and re-registered 9J-RHX in February 1968 before returning to the UK in March 1968 to become G-AWFM with Fairey Surveys. Sold to Fairflight in June 1975 and withdrawn from use at Biggin Hill. Purchased once again by South African Airways and airfreighted back to South Africa in 1979 and restored for display as ZS-BCC at the South African Airways museum at Johannesburg Rand.
